Memorandum of understanding on property financing
Between US-based real estate firm Century 21 (Cambodia) and BRED Bank Cambodia

US-based real estate firm Century 21 Cambodia has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with BRED Bank Cambodia, appointing the bank as its finance partner for properties that are exclusively promoted by the Century 21 Cambodia Network.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Century 21 Cambodia’s Chief Operation Officer, Mr. Seraj Sutton and BRED Bank Cambodia’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Guillaume Perdon.
Seraj Sutton said he is delighted to partner with BRED Bank Cambodia, which is part of the global financial group, BRED Banque Populaire and became the first European bank to operate in Cambodia in 2017.
“I believe this collaboration will play a strong role in creating better opportunities for customers and investors while enabling more Cambodian people to buy their dream properties,” he said. “Our customers won’t just enjoy their new home ownership, they’ll also benefit from the competitive and flexible financing provided by BRED Bank Cambodia.”
Guillaume Perdon echoed Mr. Sutton’s sentiments: “We’re delighted to have reached this understanding with Century 21 Cambodia.
